Do I have to have any symptoms of COVID-19 to be tested?No, you do not have to have any symptoms to be tested. The more members of our community tested, the better!

I have health insurance, how much will testing cost me?"$0. If you have health insurance the test will be 100% free. You will never pay Directest Health anything. No copay, deductible, cost share, balance bill or any other types of charges, ever.

What kind of COVID-19 test do you offer?Currently we offer a test most commonly know as a "PCR Test." PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) tests are one of the most reliable ways to test for COVID-19. We expect to offer Rapid 15-minute Antigen tests as well by early February 2022.

When will I receive my test results?Collected lab specimens are sent to our partner labs on a daily basis. Average turn-around time is between 24 - 48hrs. Infrequent extenuating circumstances such as weather may delay processing times in rare instances.

Is my personal information secure?We follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws as well as industry standard practices to safeguard your person sensitive information. All of our staff members are screened through federal and state background tests and have received training and a certification on the requirements of HIPAA . What areas do you service?We service the state of Florida! We have offices in Naples, Orlando and Tallahassee but our services are available state-wide.
